We believe that insurance forms a fundamental part of our service, so, unlike some less reputable removalist companies in the area, we believe that insurance should come as standard. Protecting your items is our number #1 objective and, as such, it is included in our hourly rate. GST is also already included in our pricing structure so what you see is exactly what you get.
The only additional costs that we ever charge clients are for travelling time in cases where you live some distance from our home depot in the CBD plus, on occasions, an extra charge will be added for heavy / specialised lifts like pianos etc.
Naturally, these travelling costs are itemised on the estimate so you will be made aware of them well in advance of the moving date. We always guarantee that no nasty surprises will hit you on the day of your big move. Our role is to make your moving day as stress-free as possible.
