NOTE: We recommend adding 30% on your calculated total as this will cover extra space needed when packing into the truck.
- If the volume of your move is around 40m3 / cubic metres or above we start prefer to have a 3rd removalist also.
We also have a van which holds 9m3 / cubic metres and that is $95ph.
These truck configurations generally have a 2 hour minimum charge. From there, we charge on 30 minute increments.
Example: If the job timer is stopped at 2hours 20minutes, we would charge 2.5 hours
There will be a callout/travel fee depending on the locations and distances traveled. This is an industry standard to help cover costs such as wages, transit time and fuel. This additional charge is for travel ONE-WAY from one of our depots.
NOTE: There may be additional Fuel, Tolls, Parking costs for those jobs that cover greater distances (regional areas etc)
Payment is to be made upon the jobs completion. We accept cash or can process Visa or MasterCard (incur 1% surcharge)
We adhere to OH&S industry standards, therefore we maintain the right to refuse to lift items that we deem dangerous, too heavy or that cannot be moved safely.
The tonnage above with the trucks is there just as a guide only. It is the cubic metres that is the one and only true figure which indicates how much a truck can carry.
Additional charges may be incurred for extra heavy items (e.g. Pianos, Safes etc) or for jobs with difficult access/excessive amount of stairs. These charges will be discussed during the quotation/booking of the job or when the removalists assess these situations. There will be no additional charges added with out prior discussion with the customer.
